The Tecnopali North Europe factory was set up in 2008 as a joint venture between Elko Ltd and Tecnopali (Italy), transferring the Tecnopali Group’s Finnish factory to Latvia.
In 2013, Elko Ltd acquired all of the Tecnopali Group’s shares and became the majority owner of the company.
In cooperation with the parent company Elko ltd and its daughter company SIA ECC Latvia, we can provide our customers with a full range of services in the area of professional lighting and power supply network construction.
